| Responsibilities |
· Provide administrative support to senior account executives including the scheduling of client meetings, seminars and other marketing initiatives for investment advisory and pension clients. · Prepare documentation for client meetings, including reviewing and rebalancing portfolios to maintain compliance with the model portfolio. · Provide client service including handling client inquiries and requests. · Day to day administration of all investment advisory and pension accounts including liaison with third party pension administrators. · Assist in developing and implementing a Client Service Plan. · Provide periodic reports for existing investment advisory and pension clients as well as assist in the preparation of proposals for prospective clients. · Create correspondence to clients and third party vendors, and update and maintain client documentation. · Document client instructions in proprietary management system and monitor client accounts to ensure records are accurate and that funds are available for the purchase of securities. · Ability to supervise and provide training as needed. |
| Requirements |
· A Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Finance, or an equivalent internationally recognised qualification such as Series 7, Canadian Securities Course and Canadian Securities Conduct and Practices Handbook or USA/UK equivalent. · Experience providing client service to investment advisory and pension clients. · Experience in reviewing client’s accounts to assess appropriate requirements for scheduled meetings. · Experience in administering pension clients. · Knowledge of applying Bermuda pension law would be a plus. · Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. · Must be comfortable dealing with clients and be a ‘people person’. · Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word. · Willingness to work long hours as necessary. |
