About our client
Our client in Bermuda is a full service Investment Management and Advisory firm that requires the services of a Pension Administrator.

Position Location
Pension Administrator Bermuda
Salary
$45K
Responsibilities
· Day to day administration of all pension accounts including acting as liaison with third party pension administrators
· Create correspondence to clients and third party vendors, and update and maintain client documentation review all documentation for accounts
· Process pension contributions from collection through investment
· Calculate and collect pension fees
· Scan and electronically file all account documents and update computer records
· Review changes to accounts
· Update computer records to reflect changes
· Contact clients to update information
· Take lead in control of client management software
· Support Operations staff during holidays and busy periods
Requirements
· A Bachelor’s degree combined with one year of related work experience, or three years of related work experience without
· An internationally recognized qualification such as Series 7, Canadian Securities Course or the UK equivalent
· Experience providing client service to investment advisory and pension clients
· Must demonstrate a strong propensity for “follow-through”
· Willingness to work long hours and weekends as necessary to meet deadlines.
· Willingness to pursue further qualifications
· Knowledge of and willingness to learn Bermuda pension law and international anti money laundering policies
· Strong PC skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word
