Finance. · Prepares financial statements, cash flow reports, annual budgets, and monthly/quarterly reports accurately and on a timely basis for the company · Prepares annual year-end audit working papers. · Prepares monthly bank reconciliation’s, GST returns, and other accounts; reconciles accounts receivable/payable sub-ledgers. · Prepares monthly cash flow projections for funding and/or cash distributions. · Prepares payroll for the company using ADP – 50 People · Liases with other departments. · Undertakes ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned.
