| Responsibilities |
You are a designated CA or CMA or CGA or CPA with
strong managerial experience within the Property Management Industry. Client
will overlook the designation if you are currently working as an Accounting
Supervisor or Accounting Manager with another property management company.
- Preparation and Review of All Financial Reports
- Special Projects assigned by Senior Level Finance Executives
- CAM and Recoveries - A Must!!
- Supervising staff.
