Our client - a dynamic growth oriented company seeks a Property Accounting Manager with Property Management Industry experience!

Responsibilities
1) Supervise property accountants
2) Review work: CAM/tax recoveries, working paper files, QST, GST and tenant
setups
3) Prepare reports on specified companies
4) Review payables cheques for portfolio
5) Liaise with partners
6) Liaise with corporate accounting for consolidated companies and Purchase of
Sale
7) Setup companies on computer system
8) Review management fees and leasing fees for selected properties
9) Setup and/or prepare statements of adjustment as required
10) Review and prepare budgets and mortgage schedule for portfolio
Requirements
1) University or college diploma
2) Professional designation (CA, CMA, CGA) preferably
3) 5+ years in full service property management accounting is a must
4) Proven track record dealing with all aspects of Leases
5) Team, dynamic and action-oriented
6) Well organized
7) Must hold a Designation (CA or CMA or CGA or CPA). Client will also consider
those candidates with property management accounting experience without a
designation
8) Only those candidates with Property Accounting experience should apply for
