Report to the Chairman and Board of Directors
Provide leadership and direction to the company
Maintain overall responsibility for total investment banking operations including personnel and meeting the
mortgage-related needs of its customers and affiliated holding companies
Maintain the Mortgage Business in Saudi Arabia, UAE and Gulf Region

| Requirements |
|
Proven track record of success as CEO of an Investment Bank Company for the past 5 to 10 years
Outstanding communication and relationship skills
Solid working knowledge of financial management and strategic planning
Strong business development and board relations experience
The incumbent must be fluent in English and Arabic and must be of Arab Descent (No exceptions)
