Responsibilities
1) Give financial and administrative leadership to
its Greater Toronto Area practice
2) Provide overall direction for all finance, accounting, budget, and
administrative functions
3) Lead a talented group of financial and administrative staff
4) Direct all financial and administrative aspects of the business over 3
locations, including over 30 executives and a total complement of over 230
people
5) Travel to all 3 locations – Downtown, Markham and Mississauga)
6) Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in your area of
responsibility, then develop and implement plans to realize on those
opportunities
7) Work collaboratively as a member of the office leadership team to develop and
implement strategies for achieving the goals of the business unit
Requirements
1) Professional designation in
accounting/financing, and/or a post-graduate degree
2) Extensive senior financial management experience in a professional services
firm or similar organization
3) Strong executive leadership skills, sound business judgment
4) High energy and ability to get things done in a partnership-style
organization
