Responsibilities
1) Ensure efficient operation of the bank’s net
investment hedging strategy and reporting thereof
2) Manage the daily activities to support the bank’s net investment strategy,
including hedge relationship documentation, monthly/quarterly financial
reporting and disclosure requirements
3) Prepare consolidated financial results and note disclosures
4) Maintain SOX documentation and effective internal controls
5) Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and disclosure for both Canadian
and US GAAP
6) Ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
1) BA/BS
2) CA with strong financial accounting and consolidation experience
3) Experience with AcG13 and FAS 133 preferred
4) Ability to work in a team environment and under tight deadlines
5) Willingness to work overtime
