Latest Job Opening for Accounting & Finance  Job #00998 About our client Our client manufactures a variety of alcoholic beverages including many of the world's premium brands Position Location Decision Support Analyst Etobicoke Salary $55K - $65K Responsibilities 1) Provide key decision-making support to in-market teams on measurement of A&P efficiency and effectiveness 2) Make decisions regarding business market unit and product profitability, customer analysis, etc. 3) Provide high quality financial support on internal profitability for strategic allocation of resources 4) Act as a decision support to Finance 5) Analyze A&P ROI, provide lessons moving forward on market/competitor/environmental analysis, etc. 6) Provide financial and market analysis on competitor and customer actions 7) Analyze ad-hoc brand analysis for various functional areas 8) Provide profitability analysis, ad-hoc support, analysis and input 9) Identify commercial and financial opportunities to improve economic profit 10) Provide financial analysis on new product introductions   Requirements 1) Qualified accountant/analytical degree, MBA an asset, Finance/Accounting or Business degree or equivalent experience 2) Experience and effective style in resolving issues with key external and internal constituencies 3) Experience in consumer products (preferred) 4) Good knowledge of accounting principles 5) Business analysis experience 6) Experience in financial control an asset 7) Knowledgeable of financial/analytical systems, modeling software, databases i.e. MS Access, Strong MS Excel 8) Highly developed communication skills
