1) Manage operations of the financial reporting function, including supervision
and co-ordination of monthly non-consolidated and consolidated financial
statements and monthly management report package
2) Plan and co-ordinate interim and annual audits, reports, financial news
releases and other compliance documents
3) Maintain financial reporting software and planning/implementation of new
financial software
4) Document, develop, implement ongoing sustainment of internal controls over
financial reporting
5) Monitor cash balances and execution of treasury transactions
6) Prepare and co-ordinate annual insurance renewal documents
Requirements
1) Professional accounting designation (CA preferred)
2) Supervisory experience
3) Solid foundation in generally accepted accounting principles and financial
reporting experience in a public company environment
4) Experience in documenting, developing, implementing and sustaining internal
controls over financial reporting a plus
5) Strong technical skills, a keen attention to detail and excellent
organizational and interpersonal skills
