Position Location Chief Financial Officer Calgary, Alberta Salary Reports To $110K Base President Responsibilities 1) Define the corporate finance strategy in line with the company’s overall strategy and mission 2) Ensure that the finance function is positioned as a key service provider and partner to the business 3) Direct & facilitate the preparation and consolidation of the annual and long-term capital, operating & revenue budgets and business plans 4) Support senior management with data, analyses, information and expert knowledge & advice 5) Direct the development of the finance, accounting and reporting policies, procedures systems & personnel 6) Perform other tasks as assigned Requirements 1) Bachelor’s degree and a designation (CA, CGA, CMA, CPA) 2) 5 years of senior management experience in a public company 3) Excellent finance and management skills 4) Superb organizational and detail-orientation skills
