| Responsibilities |
| 1) Provide administrative support to senior account executives including the scheduling of client meetings, seminars and other marketing initiatives
2) Prepare documentation for client meetings, including reviewing and rebalancing of portfolios to maintain compliance with the clients model portfolio
3) Collect and organize data from company research as well as from external sources, to assist account executives in servicing clients
4) Provide client service, including handling client inquiries and requests
5) Handle day to day administration of client accounts and assist in the preparation of proposals
6) Develop and implement a Client Service Plan
7) Provide periodic reports for existing clients as well as assist in the preparation of proposals for prospective clients
8) Create correspondence with clients along with updating and maintaining client documentation
9) Document client instructions in the Proprietary Management System as well as monitor client accounts to ensure records are accurate and that funds are available for the purchase of securities
10) Assist Senior Executives in the day to day running of the office, including human resources related tasks |
| Requirements |
| 1) Internationally recognized investment qualification such as Series 7, Canadian Securities Course, Canadian Securities Conduct and Practices Handbook or USA/UK equivalent
2) University degree preferred
3) Experience in providing service to investment advisory and pension clients
4) Experience in reviewing client’s accounts to assess appropriate requirements for scheduled meetings
5) In-depth understanding of HR Principles
6) Good at dealing with clients (people person)
7) Superb written and verbal communication skills are essential
8) Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
9) Willingness to work long hours as necessary |
