Latest Job Opening for Accounting & Finance  Job #01043 About our client A leading accounting and business consulting firm Position Location Senior Manager/Manager, Transfer Pricing Downtown, Toronto Salary $100K – $120K Responsibilities 1) Demonstrate an expert-level understanding of transfer pricing concepts and current pricing 2) Handle project planning and engagement management 3) Develop and deliver effective client-focused strategies 4) Interact and communicate (effectively) with clients across Canada and colleagues around the world 5) Gather factual information from client meetings 6) Advise clients on compliance, planning, and controversial matters 7) Coach staff and play an active role in professional development 8) Review the work of staff and colleagues 9) Assist in the resolution of tax authority transfer pricing audits 10) Play an active role in the implementation of company recommendations 11) Assist clients with competent authority matters 12) Make presentations to colleagues, clients, and other groups 13) Identify and support practice-development initiatives (i.e. new business opportunities, etc.) 14) Draft and review reports, letters, memos, and proposals Requirements 1) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics/Business/Accounting/Finance/Law 2) 5 – 8 years of experience in transfer pricing with a professional services firm or a combination of CRA and professional services experience 3) Previous experience in an accounting designation (CA or CGA) an asset 4) Superb knowledge of financial and management accounting 5) Small team-management experience an asset 6) Proven analytical, interpersonal, and communication (written and oral) skills
