| Responsibilities |
1) Handle overall management of all aspects of risk reporting and disclosure 2) Make quarterly presentations to the Audit Committee, board, and investors as well as handle integration of Basel II reporting 3) Develop timely, forward-looking, and action-oriented risk information focused on driving intelligent risk-based decision making capabilities 4) Ensure efficient reporting in accordance with the mandate of corporate risk management (reporting risk exposures and risk management actions to senior executive, senior risk committees, analyst community, and regulatory agencies) 5) Provide thorough and insightful analysis of actual results, competitor information, emerging trends and best practices, resulting in ‘best in class’ value-added reporting and disclosure 6) Identify, prioritize, and implement opportunities for improvements to existing information and processes that will aid in the development of timely, forward-looking, and action-oriented risk information 7) Produce and maintain documentation of all material processes relating to the production of risk reports 8) Work with the Basel II Production Team (Shared Services group) and the Basel Analytic Unit to develop Basel II reporting and incorporate into pertinent risk reporting 9) Review with CRO and other CRM Executives as appropriate before submission to OSFI 10) Handle the interpretation and integration of any new Basel II reporting requirements 11) Direct or work with the appropriate area in Shared Services to implement any subsequent changes to Basel II Framework or OSFI guidance 12) Partner with enterprise risk and portfolio management executives and senior management, enterprise risk, and portfolio management groups, to further develop and enhance ability to provide timely, forward-looking and action oriented risk information 13) Partner with chief accountants and/or Shared Services Group to implement any new regulatory changes to Basel II and OSFI guidance 14) Provide leadership and manage a team of approximately five people 15) Ensure timely completion of the annual review process 16) Lead the identification and implementation of initiatives designed to improve existing risk measures as well as processes or create new capabilities for risk reporting and disclosure 17) Provide input to the strategic direction of the Risk Reporting Unit

| Requirements |
1) CA, CGA, CMA designation or MBA preferred 2) Minimum 10 years of business experience (reporting environment preferred) 3) Thorough knowledge of bank financial systems 4) Good understanding of credit, market, and operational risk 5) Knowledge and understanding of bank databases (financial, customer, credit, etc.), products, and organizational structure 6) Expertise in key risk measures and indicators 7) Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) 8) Superb relationship and project management skills
