| Responsibilities |
1) Provide guidance and oversight reporting of risk exposures and risk management actions to senior executives and risk committee (RMC and RRC) 2) Develop and implement relevant, comprehensive, and leading edge standard risk measures and leading indicators for efficient systematic tracking to highlight portfolio trends (performance, composition, and coverage) 3) Monitor credit performance of clients and Canadian peers 4) Conduct analysis and prepare quarterly credit risk dashboard report for senior management 5) Work with subject matter experts to develop and implement risk measures supporting the Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer’s quarterly attestations to the President, Chief Executive Officer, and RRC 6) Provide guidance and oversight relative to all aspects of risk committee reporting, notification to presenters, production as well as distribution of risk committee materials 7) Liaise with LOBs in preparing business review presentations for risk committees and ensure the quality of material presented meets appropriate standards 8) Identify, prioritize, and implement opportunities for improvements to existing information and processes that will aid in the development of timely, forward-looking and action-oriented risk information 9) Produce and maintain documentation of all material processes 10) Partners with ER & PM executives and senior management, LOB risk management, and CAG to further develop and enhance ability to provide timely, forward-looking, and action-oriented risk information 11) Lead the identification and implementation of initiatives designed to improve existing risk measures and processes or create new capabilities for risk reporting as well as disclosure 12) Provide input to the strategic direction of the Risk Reporting Unit 13) Work independently to recommend, develop, and implement process improvements and new initiatives

| Requirements |
1) CA, CGA, CMA designation or MBA in Finance 2) 5 – 7 years of experience (reporting environment preferred) 3) Thorough knowledge and understanding of key risk measures and indicators 4) Sound knowledge and understanding of financial databases (financial, customer, credit, etc), products, and organizational structure 5) Knowledge of banking structure, operations, and information systems 6) Thorough knowledge of credit, market, and operational risk 7) Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) 8) Ability to create sustainable, well controlled processes, and improve overall productivity 9) Excellent project management and communication skills 10) Well-developed relationship management skills 11) Superb relationship management skills 12) Ability to cope with a high degree of ambiguity and change 13) Ability to apply analytical, interpretive, and constructive thinking in an unstructured environment 14) Ability to resolve or recommend an appropriate solution to complex, ambiguous issues/situations
