Position Location Assurance & Advisory – Senior Manager Calgary, Alberta Salary $95K to $110K Responsibilities 1) Develop solutions through debate and discussion (in teams and with clients) 2) Work with high profile clients on a variety of Canadian and international engagements 3) Identify and lead business development opportunities to grow and build the practice 4) Provide value-added consultative solutions to clients on current business and financial conditions 5) Manage the overall engagement from planning through to completion of financial and audit statements 6) Stay abreast of technical and industry developments 7) Mentor and coach (actively) team members to their highest potential 8) Create a learning environment through leadership 9) Assist in the recruitment and training of junior practitioners Requirements 1) Undergraduate degree with outstanding academic credentials 2) CA designation or equivalent certification 3) Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience 4) Experience in project problem diagnosis, solution development, and client communications 5) Experience in facilitation of decision-making, documentation, managing client expectations, and team leadership 6) Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) 7) Demonstrated record of strong leadership in creating a learning environment 8) Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence 9) Proven ability to deliver the full cycle of project management accountability 10) Ability to anticipate the long-term impact of all decisions and take a broad approach to problem solving
