| Responsibilities |
1) Execute the company’s strategic business development plan in accordance with its objectives
2) Contribute to due diligence, negotiating and closing deals while working with legal and various business units
3) Help to profitably grow the client’s business in Canada by providing analysis and insight to assist with brokerage and insurance company acquisitions and financings
4) Provide corporate finance support for strategic corporate initiatives
5) Produce valuations of brokerages to ensure acquisition appropriate and achieves business objectives
6) Analyze Insurance company acquisition targets
7) Perform financial and business due diligence on acquisition targets
8) Develop business cases for approval by the executive staff |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year) with CA designation
2) Valuation experience
3) Expertise in strategic planning
4) Good interpersonal skills
5) Strong financial analysis skills
6) Excellent business communication skills |
