Position Location Line Manager Northeastern US Salary Reports to Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Plant Management Responsibilities 1) Achieve required Operations Unit performance by supporting and implementing operating plan 2) Ensure adherence to quality, cost and schedule 3) Plan, implement, and control functional activities in order to achieve the Operations Unit targets 4) Coach/develop and provide feedback to employees as well as address their issues 5) Ensure that all team members understand their role and performance in achieving the Operations Unit plan 6) Manage variance to standard, cycle-time and manufacturing index for the specific area assigned 7) Utilize Six Sigma/Blitz to ensure best practice in quality and cost of Operations Unit deliverables 8) Ensure that a functional role is integrated into Operations Unit resulting in a one-team approach 9) Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a safe working environment 10) Ensure that right resources are available to meet the projected workload delivery on quality, cost and schedule Requirements 1) Diploma or university degree in Business or a related field/equivalent experience 2) In-depth knowledge of collective agreement in supervising 70 employees approximately 3) Familiarity with MacPac and sub-assemblies a plus 4) In-depth knowledge and experience in budgeting control, manufacturing, and scheduling (automotive background considered) 5) Team-player
