Position Location Engineer – Waterworks & Dams East Coast, US Salary Reports to Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Engineering Director Responsibilities 1) Design water dams and other waterworks from conceptual through to detailed design stage 2) Manage site investigations and prepare technical reports 3) Perform dam design analyses, including slope stability, seepage, water balance, surface water and groundwater 4) Manage and coordinate project teams, including the technical quality of deliverables 5) Handle geotechnical investigation, analysis and design Requirements 1) BS in Civil Engineering 2) P.Eng. license preferred 3) 7+ years of experience in a similar position (consulting environment preferred) 4) Expertise in hydrology and hydraulics 5) Experience in geotechnical investigation, analysis and design 6) Knowledge of structural analysis and design as well as construction engineering services for dam projects 7) Proficient in geotechnical analysis software packages
