Responsibilities
1)
Administrate the US Magnitude database including: importing / updating
parameters generated from Paris in the clients database, managing users ID
and liaising with the base administrator in Paris on specific treatments 2) Take an active part in the Group’s management reporting phases in Magnitude, including generating packages, running consolidations, updating / supporting development of retrieves used by the FCP&A team 3) Support the financial analysts for the upload of forecasts and budgets into Magnitude. This includes improving the existing tools and processes, as well as participating actively in the forecasting exercises 4) Give training on Magnitude to the finance team, and support the financial analysts or accounting team on the use of the Magnitude consolidation tool 5) Occasionally supporting the Consolidation team on specific projects
Requirements
1) 3-5 years experience in financial consolidation and analysis. Confident in reporting in an international environment 2) IT oriented, with a working experience on a consolidation system (Hyperion; HFM; Cartesis Magnitude). An experience with an ERP system (SAP; Oracle; JD Edwards…) would be appreciated. Proficient in excel 3) Able to demonstrate that he/she is highly motivated and a self-starter 4) Ability to cope with tight deadlines 5) Rigorous and able to improve internal processes
6) Team player. Able to coordinate with other team members / other departments
7) CPA degree. MBA degree would be appreciated
