| Responsibilities |
1) Compile and reduce data
2) Evaluate environmental regulations
3) Prepare remediation designs, environmental reports, and cost estimates
4) Work on field-based projects
5) Manage projects like planning policy and zoning interpretation/administration for municipal as well as development clients
6) Conduct research and make presentations of planning analyses as well as consulting services to the land development industry
7) Handle project designing and planning approvals
8) Prepare municipal planning documents (official plans, secondary plans and zoning bylaws) |
| Requirements |
1) Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or a related field
2) 3+ years experience in consulting
3) Field experience (sampling, drilling, contractor oversight and construction)
4) Project-management experience a plus
5) Excellent writing skills
6) Superb communication and interpersonal skills
7) Willingness to travel and do field work |
