| Responsibilities |
1) Provide technical engineering, project management and business-development guidance for municipal engineering design, land development and construction projects 2) Manage detailed designing and construction of municipal infrastructure related to land development 3) Provide technical guidance to team members, including other engineers, technicians, and technologists 4) Prepare technical reports/feasibility studies 5) Identify and prioritize urban infrastructure needs 6) Identify resource needs for work packages (i.e. required expertise and level of efforts), define scope of work and estimate required budget (for both individual consultants and corporate subcontractors) 7) Supervise teams of engineers who will be carrying out engineering studies (design and construction supervision) of urban infrastructure |
| Requirements |
1) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (advanced degree an asset) 2) P. Eng. license preferred 3) Minimum 5 years of experience in urban transport, water supply and sanitation and/or power supply 4) Experience in management of large-scale urban development projects |
