| Responsibilities |
1) Establish the company as the prime supplier of material, services and information at the assigned accounts 2) Improve both customer satisfaction and company’s profitability 3) Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of key account’s corporate culture, goals, competition, strengths, weaknesses and market trends 4) Develop healthy business relationship at executive and upper management level 5) Negotiate plausible “win-win” scenarios with key decision makers 6) Create and present customized seminars and sell value added business 7) Grow market share 8) Establish relationship selling techniques with key decision-makers 9) Demonstrate productivity and analyze account-base as well as develop effective sales plan 10) Conduct monthly market application specific seminars on-site with customers 11) Forecast customer requirements 12) Demonstrate consultative sales skills and understands the customer’s application 13) Anticipate, manage and resolve potential customer conflicts 14) Communicate significant changes or developments within client base to supervisor and co-workers 15) Complete weekly sales plan 16) Maintain customer list 17) Properly manage expense budgets and comply with submittal process 18) Handle continuous sales potentials into CRM database |
| Requirements |
1) Bachelor’s degree (4 year) with a technical aptitude 2) 5 years of professional experience in sales and filtration 3) Strong communication skills 4) Self-motivated and well organized individual 5) Valid driving license Compensation Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience |
