Position Location Delay Expert District of Columbia Salary Reports to Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Management Responsibilities 1) Prepare expert reports and presentations 2) Evaluate project schedules and records to determine cause, effect and liability for construction delays 3) Perform productivity analysis and identify inefficiencies and other issues 4) Review CPM schedule along with evaluation, development and maintenance 5) Recognize and use techniques such as collapsed as-built, impacted as-planned and windows analysis Requirements 1) BS/BA in Architecture or Engineering 2) 8 – 12 years experience in providing project scheduling and/or consulting services in the architectural/engineering/construction industry 3) Experience in CPM scheduling, construction claims analysis, dispute resolution and expert witness testimony 4) Construction related management and supervisory experience along with superior verbal and written communication skills 5) License to practice either engineering or architecture 6) Willingness to travel
