| Responsibilities |
1) Manage projects and clients
2) Support and/or lead various business development initiatives
3) Mentor junior and intermediate engineers |
| Requirements |
1) P. Eng. license
2) 10+ years of experience
3) Minimum 4 years of storm water management experience
4) Experience in urban hydrologic modeling (SWMM, HEC1, and HEC-HMS), flood analysis, flood flow estimating and hydraulic routing
5) Familiarity with hydraulic models such as SEC2 or HEC-RAS
6) Experience in water quality, water quality models and collection system
7) Experience in assessment, model development and application
8) Experience in project management for municipal or conservation authority water resource studies
9) Good problem-solving, organizational and time management skills
10) Excellent decision-making skills and ability to work as a good team player and deliver quality work with tight schedules
11) Good interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills |
