| Responsibilities |
1) Assess project control needs
2) Develop and implement guideline procedures to properly address project issues
3) Supervise all project controls personnel on the project
4) Work and communicate effectively with the team members and client representatives
5) Participate in proposal preparation and client presentations |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year)
2) Minimum 15 years of experience in a mining environment
3) Experience in assessing project control needs
4) Experience in planning, scheduling, estimating and controlling costs
5) Knowledge of project controls in an EPC/EPCM environment.
6) Sound construction knowledge
7) Knowledge of P6/MS software
8) Experience in managing and coaching people with diverse backgrounds.
9) Individual who is motivated and a self-starter |
