| Responsibilities |
1) Develop and oversee production activities
2) Handle quoting and prototyping activities
3) Define processes, set up equipment and train employees to improve efficiency and quality within the Manufacturing Department |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year)
2) Minimum 5 years of experience in profile extrusion development engineering
3) Experience in single and co-extrusion processing
4) Experience in downstream equipment, including water baths, pullers and cutters and vacuum sizers
5) Experience in a variety of materials including TPE, EVA and other engineering resins
6) Automotive manufacturing experience
7) Customer interface expertise
8) Excellent communication and training skills |
