Plant Manager |
| Responsibilities |
1) Ensure the maintenance of equipment reliability through the application of preventative and predictive maintenance 2) Provide technical support, so that production objectives for safety, quality and productivity are met 3) Identify continuous improvement activities 4) Assess maintenance and equipment performance to develop proactive plans, major repairs and replacements and ensure improved long-term plant operations 5) Review production, quality control, reliability, operator performance, testing and preventative maintenance 6) Design, plan and implement upgrades, enhancements and installs 7) Manage preventative maintenance program and root-cause analysis 8) Develop budget, control costs and maintain environmental compliance and safety control 9) Lead, mentor and supervise a Maintenance Team with varied technical skills |
| Requirements |
1) Engineering degree or equivalent experience 2) Minimum 7 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing/food processing environment with an emphasis on predictive and preventative maintenance programs 3) 5 years of supervisory experience 4) Experience in steam, refrigeration along with Electrical or Millwright Certification 5) Demonstrated competence in managing multiple projects with a focus on in-depth technical contributions 6) Detailed knowledge of GMP in a food-processing environment |
