| Responsibilities |
1) Supervise the work of two product development managers and assistants and work closely with the marketing, sales and production divisions
2) Responsible for budget allocation for the R&D division and maintaining expenditures within approved limits 3) Play a crucial role in the development of new products |
| Requirements |
1) Degree in Food Science preferred
2) 10 years’ experience in directing the efforts of a product development team
3) A proven track record in the development of unique products, which have gained substantial acceptance and sales |
