About our client
Our client is a family owned natural/organic food manufacturing organization who has experienced steady growth.

General Manager Oregon
Salary Reports to
Commensurate with experience Vice President
Responsibilities
1) Ensure the staff is functioning effectively
2) Foster and maintain solid working relationships with key senior management through effective operational implementation and responsive communications
3) Establish annual business plans and initiative goals consistent with top market opportunities
4) Act as a catalyst in promoting and developing an environment that recognizes and rewards creative and innovative thinking and actions
5) Advocate and utilize technology to minimize administrative inefficiencies and maximize productivity
6) Plan, organize, staff, train, and manage all functions to achieve company objectives of sales, growth, profits, and visibility
Requirements
1) Location flexibility – work for 6-8 months in Santa Rosa, CA, and then move to Oregon
2) Diverse background with frozen entree experience
3) Senior management level experience
4) Degree (4 year)
5) Minimum 10 years experience in the similar field
