| Responsibilities |
1) Ensure products are consistently made available to meet customer requirements
2) Track key performance indicators/cost and train others on warehouse/pipeline cost impact on total business results
3) Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including loading processes, inventory, reconciliation, settlement and fleet maintenance asset utilization
4) Coordinate and support interplant sourcing and facility capability through training on logistical process to ensure product availability and knowledge of plant production
5) Understand and compile with OSHA/DOT regulations
6) Develop AOP and understand key financial reporting systems and their leverages e.g. cost center/line items to deliver targeted financial performance |
| Requirements |
1) Excellent communication and analytical skills
2) In-depth knowledge of supply chain demand and change management
3) Minimum 7 to 25 years’ experience
4) Warehouse management experience in large unionized set-up |
