| Responsibilities |
1) Help ensure product safety
2) Keep company current with QA requirements
3) Get involved in the development/improvement of main products
4) Train QA technicians, interact with customers, develop overall plant QA program, enhance quality / food safety programs etc.
5) Ensure outgoing product conforms to quality parameters, regulatory requirements and food safety requirements
6) Manage competent technical staff and effectively execute business plan objectives |
| Requirements |
1) A bachelor’s degree in science
2) Food & meat experience (USDA)
3) At least 5 years of experience in the similar field |
