1) Oversee people and team development
2) Supervise cost parameters and service to customers (internal and external)
3) Supervise work team of union drivers, mechanics and admin staff
4) Assist team members in solving problems and improving performance |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4-year) preferred
2) Transportation/logistics background
3) High product SKU number experience in large facility preferred
4) Prior production/operations experience in food or beverage facility
5) Minimum 3-15 years’ experience preferred |
