| Responsibilities |
1) Work with and contribute to the Executive Management Team to achieve and implement strategic sales plans to meet sales and marketing objectives 2) Meet and/or exceed annual sales projections 3) Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures 4) Ensure product quality compliance from producers relating to the IBWA Model Code and NSF inspection process 5) Initiate sales and marketing efforts in North America 6) Recognize trends and growth opportunities for conversion of product lines 7) Develop, execute and initiate marketing programs (both trial and loyalty) for all products 8) Manage existing production budget, including forecasting and tracking of product costing |
| Requirements |
1) Degree mandatory 2) Must be hands-on in marketing experience 3) Experience with developing strategies, business plans, brand image, etc 4) Strong traditional marketing background 5) Minimum 6-20 years’ experience preferred |
