| Responsibilities |
1) Handle purchase of raw materials
2) Execute raw material supply plans for plant’s weekly requirements
3) Manage supplier and plant relationships
4) Negotiate market prices with suppliers
5) Participate in cross-functional teams to ensure speed to market for new and innovative products
6) Prepare daily, weekly and monthly market related reports
7) Update market tracking data sets |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4-year) preferred
2) Local to Dallas/Fort Worth area
3) Food industry background, preferably bakery
4) Experience in buying/purchasing materials for food/bakery industry
5) Minimum 3-15 years’ experience |
