| Responsibilities |
1) Provide training for and ensure compliance with production and industry standards
2) Supervise timely dismantling, sanitizing, and setting up equipment
3) Maintain cleanliness and safe use of chemicals
4) Set up and implement monthly cleaning schedule |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year) preferred
2) Must be able to work different shifts
3) AIB, USDA, HACCP background a plus
4) Supervision experience (shift or sanitation)
5) Strong background in sanitation within food manufacturing environment
6) Minimum 3-15 years’ experience |
