1) Ensure outgoing products conform to established quality parameters, regulatory requirements and food safety requirements
2) Support/promote initiatives designed to reduce non-conformance and improve overall operations performance |
| Requirements |
1) Mechanical/Engineering background
2) Must be located in the mid-west
3) Fresh baked goods industry background
4) Must have worked in senior management position in baked goods
5) Multi-facility experience a plus
6) Minimum of 5-25 years’ experience |
