| Responsibilities |
1) Train personnel on compliance industry sanitation standards in production 2) Supervise timely dismantling, sanitizing and setting up of equipment 3) Ensure cleanliness and safe usage of chemicals 4) Organize and manage plant sanitation and assure cleanliness of plant and equipment 5) Plan and manage departmental budgets 6) Monitor water usage, chemical usage & cleaning supplies 7) Schedule staffing for sanitation department 8) Monitor and maintain micro counts, food safety, budgeting, personal safety and plant quality 9) Provide guidance to all other departments in sanitation practices through coaching and facilitation |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year) mandatory 2) Must be willing to travel 70% nation wide and sometimes abroad 3) Thorough understanding of CIP systems, pumps, process flow 4) Background with multi-facility sanitation programs 5) Strong experience within sanitation environment 6) Minimum 10-30 years’ experience |
