| Responsibilities |
1) Direct planning and scheduling of all maintenance projects
2) Supervise department and ensure production goals are met
3) Oversee maintenance technicians, mechanics, and electricians
4) Observe and correct unsafe acts and conditions
5) Conduct periodic safety inspection of production area and equipment
6) Ensure all equipment are working properly, checked, and documented daily
7) Investigate all accidents and ensure action is taken to correct any deficiencies |
| Requirements |
1) Degree not mandatory
2) 3-30 years’ experience
3) 3+ years’ maintenance experience
4) Background in the Food or Beverage Industry (beverage preferred)
5) Hands-on experience in high-speed packaging |
