| Responsibilities |
1) Monitor effectiveness of existing HACCP program
2) Develop and implement HACCP plan for new products
3) Supervise overall sanitation program
4) Monitor and review Product Inquiry Notification (PIN) information
5) Initiate claims to suppliers
6) Review and approve USDA IIC schedule |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year) in food sciences / technology
2) Experience in beef processing
3) Production experience
4) Knowledge of GMPs, SOP, HACCP and Allergen programs |
