Responsibilities
1) Adhere to regulatory compliance of ingredients, process, packaging, etc. 2) Enhance quality/food safety 3) Manage technical staff and execute business plan objectives 4) Lead efforts to ensure all internal and external audits are completed 5) Work within framework of approved procedures, policies, processes and budgets to implement and manage all quality initiatives 6) Perform customer complaint investigation 7) Maintain and update product formulations
Requirements
1) Degree/Diploma (2 years) in Food Science is mandatory 2) 5-10 years’ experience 3) Minimum 2 years of bakery experience, preferably in frozen foods 4) Experience in leading the team
