| Responsibilities |
1) Supervise daily activities of plant associates
2) Fix production problems
3) Handle plant maintenance, quality control and warehousing to obtain optimum efficiency of operations and maximize profits
4) Follow production and company objectives to direct associates
5) Ensure all product orders are produced on time |
| Requirements |
1) Diploma (2 year) mandatory
2) 2-6 years’ experience
3) Experience in egg processing and grading is required
4) Proven leadership skills |
