Responsibilities
1) Adhere to regulatory compliance of ingredients, process, packaging, etc. 2) Manage technical staff and execute business plan objectives 3) Provide leadership/guidance to HACCP coordinator 4) Lead efforts to ensure that all internal and external audits are completed above acceptable levels 5) Work within framework of approved procedures, policies, processes and budgets to implement and manage all quality initiatives 6) Perform customer complaint investigation 7) Maintain and update product formulations
Requirements
1) Degree (4 years) mandatory 2) Minimum 5-25 years’ experience 3) Experience in quality management in the Food or Beverage Industry 4) Experience in bottling/can filling operations and project management 5) Knowledge in GMPs, HACCP and ISO 9000 certifications 6) Proven skills in problem solving and decision-making 7) Ability to handle troubleshooting situations
