Responsibilities
1) Manage product and process development projects 2) Lead assigned resources in problem identification and resolution to facilitate new or improved products 3) Assure all projects are carried through to completion 4) Plan priorities to implement projects, programs, goals and objectives 5) Provide technical support to project teams to solve manufacturing problems 6) Support administrative function of product & process development program 7) Recommend, test and implement cost savings ideas
Requirements
1) Master’s degree (4 year) in Food Science mandatory 2) 10-25 years’ experience in R&D Management 3) Solid background in product development, project management, and customer interaction 4) Excellent written and communication skills
