Responsibilities
1) Manage day-to-day operations of the production department, including packaging, formulation, shipping, and receiving departments 2) Monitor production input and output to minimize product loss 3) Ensure all product orders are produced on time 4) Liaise with external customers and interact with other department employees, union executives, etc. 5) Lead operational excellence within a plant environment
Requirements
1) Degree (4 year) mandatory 2) 4-20 years’ experience 3) Hands-on experience in production management and AIB backing 4) Strong background in management and documentation 5) Willingness to work “off-shift” (3pm to 2 am)
