Plant Manager
Responsibilities
1) Train personnel on compliance with industry sanitation standards in production 2) Ensure timely dismantling, sanitizing, and setting up of equipment 3) Maintain cleanliness and ensure safe usage of chemicals 4) Manage plant sanitation and departmental budgets 5) Schedule staffing for sanitation department 6) Monitor water and chemical usages 7) Maintain micro counts, food safety, budgeting, personnel safety and plant quality 8) Assist all other departments in sanitation practices through coaching and facilitation
Requirements
1) Degree preferred (4 year) 2) 5-25 years’ experience in sanitation management 3) Strong background in the food industry (bakery preferred) 4) Hands-on experience in pest control, waste water management, etc.
