Responsibilities
1) Direct preventive maintenance and repair of equipment and electrical systems 2) Work with other department managers to organize, lead, and evaluate maintenance programs 3) Oversee capital project planning, budgeting, and cost control processes 4) Recognize and take steps to resolve operating problems to minimize impact on operations 5) Maintain and improve record keeping systems 6) Develop and implement safety procedures
Requirements
1) Degree not mandatory 2) 5-30 years’ experience in pet food industry 3) Experience in maintenance management 4) Willingness to work 12-hour shift
