Position Location Director Operations Southern California Salary Reports to Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Management Responsibilities 1) Handle all aspects of processing operations, including budgeting, planning, and directing 2) Oversee operational and financial forecasting to ensure safe, efficient, and quality operations 3) Implement cost effective systems of control over capital, operating expenditures, and labor 4) Provide leadership, direction, and training to employees to accomplish company goals and objectives 5) Coordinate manufacturing activities with all other functions of organization and suppliers 6) Identify improvement opportunities and lead changes 7) Provide input for development of product strategy, research and emerging products Requirements 1) Degree not required 2) Minimum 10-30 years’ experience 3) Experience in Operations Management with logistics, purchasing, production, transportation, etc. 4) The Beverage Industry background with co-packing experience
