Responsibilities
1) Work with other department managers to plan, organize, lead, direct, control, and evaluate maintenance of processing facilities 2) Develop and implement safety procedures 3) Plan and manage departmental budget 4) Direct the preventive maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment and electrical systems 5) Develop measurement systems leading to efficiency improvements 6) Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment towards greater efficiency
Requirements
1) Diploma (2 year) mandatory 2) Strong background in beverage or water industry 3) Minimum 5-20 years of experience with Food Manufacturing – Production & Maintenance 4) Knowledge of HACCP, Food Safety/Quality Systems
