Position Location Night Warehouse Leader Colorado Salary Reports to Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Management Responsibilities 1) Handle day-to-day operational performance, including labor management, space utilization, inventory management, productivity, and efficiency 2) Lead the development and expected growth of assigned market areas 3) Manage and supervise warehouse and logistics personnel to accomplish company objectives 4) Analyze facility lay-out to improve efficient use of equipment, space, and product flow 5) Build a customer focused team 6) Manage and report finished goods stock obsolescence 7) Prepare ad-hoc logistics and operations analysis reports 8) Ensure compliance and enforcement of occupational health & safety program 9) Pursue safety improvement opportunities utilizing best practices in safety leadership training, observation, correction, and positive reinforcement Requirements 1) Diploma (2 year) mandatory 2) Minimum 7-25 years’ experience 3) Distribution experience in big companies 4) Leadership skills with 100+ employees along with Union experience
